Attika: Fruits Of Strict Controls

Attika Olive Oil is extracted from olives without thermal operation (cold-squeezed) on a special production line in an ecological squeeze facility. They are handled at a maximum of 27 degree Celsius. They are handpicked and carefully chosen, and are free from chemical fertiliser or pesticide.

Santa Clara: Premium Olives

The Santa Clara Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from select olives that are harvested only every three years. The olives are harvested when they are still on the tree, at their prime. The modern bottle design also gives it an edge on the premium shelves.
