Attika: Fruits Of Strict Controls
Attika Olive Oil is extracted from olives without thermal operation (cold-squeezed) on a special production line in an ecological squeeze facility. They are handled at a maximum of 27 degree Celsius. They are handpicked and carefully chosen, and are free from chemical fertiliser or pesticide.
Brillo: Quick Does It
Brillo’s range of extra virgin olive oil is produced only with the highest quality olives that are pressed straight after harvesting. This quick process fully retains the superior flavours of the olives. The Brillo Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a robust fruity flavour with a full-bodied taste and low acidity. The olive oil range is enriched with Brillo’s authentic blends. The mild olive oil has a subtle flavour.
Santa Clara: Premium Olives
The Santa Clara Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from select olives that are harvested only every three years. The single-trunk breeding, pioneered by the Spanish maker, facilitates the mechanical harvesting of the olives, preventing them from becoming contaminated by coming into contact with the ground. The olives are harvested when they are still on the tree, at their prime. The modern bottle design also gives it an edge on the premium shelves.
