Sun-ripened citrus fruits are individually selected and removed of skin and pith. Individual segment of the fruit is segmented and cryogenically frozen then shattered with pods intact. Each cup requires no more than thaw and serve.

The Yes! Oligo range of sugar-free cookies are targeted at diabetic and health-conscious consumers. Maltose derived from starch is used in substitution of sugar. According to the Taiwanese manufacturer, the cookies only contain two calories per gram, half of that from sugar.

The original Pictolin balsamic candy was made by Intervan in Spain in 1952. Today, the range is expanded include sugar-free versions for its honey lemon, liquorice and anise flavours. Throat soothing alternatives are available in the full mint and honey eucalyptus flavours.

The Belgian Chocolatier not only offers a Fairtrade range of chocolates, but also private label services. The classic ballotin packaging remains a topseller on the chocolates market, according to the company. Paper, ribbon, info tag, sleeve and labels can be changed on request. The modern and solid tube can be filled with the Fairtrade products of choice, and is very suitable for retail sales.
