SOFI 2009: The Walk Of Fame Continues
In part II of the series, we continue to feature the outstanding foods and beverages from US.
The 37th SOFI (Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation) Awards were presented by the US National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) for the outstanding foods and beverages of 2009 in 33 categories.
The awards were presented by noted Chef Ming Tsai at the Jacob K Javits Summer Fancy Food Show Convention Centre in New York. Winners were selected from amongst 1,997 entries in June by a national panel of specialty food experts and ballots cast by buyers at the Summer Fancy Food Show.
